— метод приготовления: духовка нагревается до 180 градусов. Мы наносим на доску пшеничную муку, картофельную муку, сахар, соль и масло и очень хорошо измельчаем. Мы постепенно добавляем воду к развалу, сформированному таким образом, пока не образуется гибкое тесто. Положите тесто на бумагу для выпечки и разверните на две маленькие квадратные мазурки или одну большую в форме прямоугольника или эллипса. Пунч с вилкой и выпекать 15-18 минут, пока он не станет золотым. Пока пирог запекается, мы готовим крем. В маленькой миске, используя венчик, соедините все ингредиенты для густого, гладкого крема — если он слишком тонкий, добавьте чайную ложку тахины больше, а если густо немного больше молока. Мы остываем тесто, затем разводим его кремом, посыпаем кубиками дат, измельченной халвы и корицы.
